The bluefactory site is constructing your future at the heart of one of Switzerland’s heritage sites! Only 500 metres from a major station in the national rail network, it offers modular spaces to meet a wide range of different needs and uses, as part of a constellation promoting innovation synergies and development. Fully integrated in its urban environment, this low-carbon innovation district boasts a programme mix that is unique in Switzerland.

Through its energy strategy and innovative water management, this low-carbon innovation district is a model of sustainable development.
Carbon footprint
With the expertise of Climate Services, BFF SA has established the bluefactory site’s 2025 carbon footprint. This report includes the activities of the companies present on the site as well as the grey energy linked to construction projects. These total 896 tCO₂eq for operating emissions and 162 tCO₂ for grey energy. This is part of on-going data collection and analysis carried out since 2015, which has already given rise to ten carbon assessments. Since 2024, this analysis has been conducted every two years.
